DAI, an international consulting firm based in the United States, is currently accepting applications for a Behavior Change Communications Specialist to support an anticipated U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) five-year, combating wildlife trafficking project in Vietnam.
The objectives of the program will be to reduce consumer demand for and consumption of illegal wildlife and wildlife products, strengthen wildlife law enforcement and prosecution, and improve and harmonize the legal framework for wildlife crime.
Requirements:
- Advanced Degree in Communications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in behavior change communication
- Demonstrated understanding of behavior change strategies and experience working on wildlife conservation and/or environmental protection campaigns
- Experience with USAID or other international donors highly preferred
- Solid communication skills - both written and oral
- Fluency in Vietnamese and proficiency in English preferred.
