DAI is seeking an Innovation Fund (IF) Manager for the Prosperity Fund Mexico – Better programme.

As part of the wider Prosperity Fund, funded by the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office, and in line with the commitment to SDG 3 on good health and well-being, the ‘Better Health’ Programme (BHP) aims to support partner countries in their health systems’ reforms with the goal of expanding Universal Health Coverage (UHC) and improve health and related economic growth outcomes. The main objectives of the programme are to support:

· Strengthening local health system structures and workforce capacity to address the growing burden of non-communicable diseases (NCDs);

· Strengthening local health syInvostem structures, processes, governance, regulation and capabilities to create systematic mechanisms to drive improvements in quality of care.

The Innovation Fund (HIF) Manager will exercise a crucial role in helping drive demand for the IF across the Better Health Programme Mexico (BHPMx), ensuring clear communication and dissemination of information between possible HIF stakeholders. The IF Manager will help orchestrate demand for the IF through raising awareness around the potential functions of the fund, helping align evolving ideas, challenges, and priorities with the appropriate investment.

Your qualification and skills:

· A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience and a bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience and a master's degree. A technical background in healthcare is desirable.

· Experience providing administrative and management support to international donor- funded projects.

· Excellent organisation and communication skills, proactivity and ability to work under pressure meeting tight deadlines.

· Being a team player with a positive “can do” attitude that reflects DAI’s core principals of integrity, responsibility, excellence and global citizenship.

· Being able to be flexible, versatile and tolerant in a changing work environment, whilst maintaining effectiveness.

· Numerate with a high level of attention to detail.

· Excellent communications and writing skills, able to interact with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders from different sectors.

· Advanced level of MS Office.

· Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
